A.Order: It is wholesale.  Please inform us the item code, the item name and your selected colours. We will inform you immerdiately all information (wholesale price, delivery time, etc.) concerning ordered items by returing email. Or we will respond to any requests about the interested items. Please ask anything else by E-mail or Talk online with us B.Shipping: TIAMO sends to countries all over the world by sea, air freight forwarder arranging by us or by customer request.     All additional condition will be discussed along the process. We send Air & Sea shipments using freight fowarder According to your request, TIAMO will adjust each time after receiving your consultation. C.Payment: 1/ Methods of payment How to pay : Westen Union, Money Gram, Xoom or Wire Bank transfer     2/ Term : Please remit 50% of total amount as a deposit to our bank account designated within one week from order in. After receiving your deposit, we will bring into production The rest shall be payable within 01 week before shipping. The total sum must be paid by bank transfer to the beneficiary. Each party shall be responsible for its own bank charges incurred. Amount of money required in addition to order : 1)Depending on customer’s request, the shipping cost from Vietnam to your country will be charge on issuring invoice or will be collected by Freight Forwarder upon delivery of the goods 2) Voluntary insurance 3) Customs duty and customs fee in your country Reference order quantity The mimimum quantity on orders must be equal or over 10 pieces/colour/items. It's no matter how much orders are. Returns and Exchanges Policy We just accept the question consultation after order arrival by E-mail or a telephone/fax. Although it is careful enough about the quality control of items, please check the items which we sent to you at the point time of opening. Please announce connection of returns or exchanges within one week by E-mail, telephone or fax after the order arrival. We are unable to accept any liability for reparation except the price of items or the shipping cost. All the products of our company are handmade. Since the products are not made by machine, size or color tone may sometimes change delicately with items. Please refrain from returning or exchanging for a reason above. We are unable to accept returnes and exchanges of the items used at once, broken or dirt that the customers make mistake by themselves. The poor conditions of goods : 1/ Dirty or broken items at the point time of items receipt. 2/ The item which is different from your order. |
